Abstract: The economic crisis which hit Greece was in 2008 helped to flow into a political crisis. The old political oligarchy that since 1974 up to 2010 alternately dominate the Greece that is PASOK party and the New Democracy party suffered shocks that lead to new political dynamics. Austerity policies and neoliberal reforms under the moderation of the Troika (European Central Bank, European Union, and International Monetary Fund) have created a decrease in the level of welfare and the economic crisis are instead growing. That situation creates a distrust of the Greek people, until they are searching for an alternative system other than capitalism. At that time the idea of socialism promoted by Syriza party has been able to gain influence in the mass base, to deliver Syriza-led government with 36.3 percent of voters in Election 2015. This paper atempts to elaborate on the strategies used by the Syriza party and also weaknesses in the strategy.

Discourse that developed in Indonesia since reform the 1998 until recently when referring to “Bureaucratic Reform” will inevitably lead to good governance. Bureaucratic Reform and Good Governance, seems to be two ivory towers dominate the agenda of the concept grammatical system of ideal governance in Indonesia since the overthrow of the regime. The role of the International donor agencies (Word Bank, IMF, and UNDP) to transform the political evolution of Neoliberalism and popularized the concept of good governance is really so great. In Indonesia, the two concepts becomes a handle virtually all policy makers, bureaucrats and academics through the concept of New Public Management, Market – based Public Administration, Entrepreneurial Government, and others on college campuses. Characteristics of Administrative Reforms Good Governance leading to the postulated role of the State and direct minimization of bureaucracy to the arena circuit with the business market and perpetuate neoliberal norms such as transparency, competition and accountability. The three main pillars of Good Governance includes Government, business or market force and society. Implementation of good governance has never happened because the workings of good governance can’t be separated from the interests of market liberalization or Neo – liberalism. The result was the creation of anti-social institutional politics and ignore the relations of production and allocation equivalent to alienate paradigm of social class and economic circumstances of a country sphere of global politics. So in this paper the authors to try explore the discourse mistakes that led to the Administrative Reforms Good Governance. As well as trying to elaborate on the problems of the concept of good governance in the political cedar Neo – liberalism.

Birokrasi adalah suatu urat nadi di dalam tubuh dari Pemerintahan (Negara) atau Organisasi. Artinya birokrasi merupakan suatu alat yang menghubungkan, menyeimbangkan serta mengatur sendi-sendi, untuk menopang berjalannya Pemerintahan Negara. Birokrasi yang ada di Indonesia, baik di tingkat pusat maupun di tingkat daerah terus mendapat kritikan dan sorotan yang tajam dari publik, karena perilakunya yang tidak sesuai dengan tugas yang diembannya sebagai pelayan masyarakat. Hal tersebut mengakibatkan apabila orang berbicara tentang birokrasi, kecenderungannya selalu berkonotasi negatif, yaitu bahwa birokrasi adalah lamban, berbelit-belit, menghalangi kemajuan, cenderung memperhatikan prosedur dibandingkan substansi, dan tidak efisien.
